Sreema Filaments Private Limited set up its first manufacturing facility in January, 2006 in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District (Tamil Nadu) to manufacture 40 TPA Specialty Nylon, Nylon – 66, Monofilament yarns and fishing nets and tie up with raw materials suppliers like BASF, Gujarat State Fertilizers etc, who are pioneers in manufacturing Monofilaments Yarns for Fishing Net, Fishing Lines Nylon Tyre chords, Zippers, Tooth Brush Bristles, and Forming Fabrics in India. All these products are import substitutes and are helping the country in saving precious foreign exchange. Today Sreema Filaments become one of the leading manufacturers of Monofilament Yarns in India having state of the art plant has expanded capacity can manufacture upto 2000 metric ton per Annum.

        Sreema filaments also manufactures Specialty High tenacity Monofilament nylon Yarns, which has high value addition as compared to the normal denier synthetic yarns extensively used as Nylon Tyre chord and market growing at a very rapid pace because of its inherent strength.

        Sreema Filaments also diversified manufacturing of all shades of yarn based on customer requirements and high – quality monofilament fishing net. The products have grown to a multi- product company that caters to the stringent needs of discerning global markets with a wide range of synthetic fiber products. It is also manufactured in all as per customers’ requirements.
